Exchange and return Ruyan jewelry

According to the law of Russian Federation, jewelry of the proper quality can not be returned ,but we are always ready to meet our clients.

Replacement or returns are discussed ONLY with the customer. When appealed, please specify all the order data:

– Surname and name customer;

– order date;

– the name of the jewelry, the size.

Resize

Most of our models are not subject to resizing, but in specific cases, we can change the size of the rings or make a new heel for replacement for a symbolic payment.

In addition, it is possible to exchange the purchased model for a more expensive ornament with a surcharge. If the chosen decoration is cheaper – the difference does not come back.

Return jewelry

Terms of return are reviewed within 14 days after receiving the jewelry by the customer.

The jewelry should not have traces of wear and damage.

Returns are not subject to:

1. Jewelry made by individual design:

– new models according to the customer’s plans;

– with non-standard changes in the model;

– Products with individual engraving (name, date, phrases, other images);

2. Ornaments that were in use.
3. Orders are executed with the customer’s stones.

HOW TO DETERMINE RING SIZE? 

Before ordering it is extremely important to find out the exact size of the ring.

We recommend several ways : 

1. JEWELERY WORKSHOP. Find out the size of ring in the nearest jewelry store. In this case, experienced masters with the appropriate equipment will accurately indicate the required size. 
2. JEWELRY SHOP. You can visit a local jewelry store and try out the rings there, but sometimes there are possible mistakes in this way. 
3. YOUR CURRENT RING. If you already have a comfortable ring, you can measure the inside diameter of this ring to find out its size.
