Viking Mammen Axe Pendant Bronze
This pendant made on the basis of a real Legendary Viking Mammen Axe. He was found in the grave of a warrior who died in 970-971 years in Mammen, in Jutland, Denmark. Richly decorated on both sides with inlaid silver designs, the iron axe was probably a ceremonial parade weapon that was the property of a man of princely status, his burial clothes bearing elaborate embroidery and trimmed with silk and fur. The name given to its artistic style comes from the site of the discovery in Mammen, Denmark.
